Room was congested, they are not changing the bedsheet everyday. They are saying that they will change the bedsheet in every 3 days.

I only sty 9. 30 pm to 6 am rest of day i out side the room for sight seen. A small i use the room.

OK, the first thing is that we stayed for 2 nights. There service was average. The bad things are—- (1)It was near the ghat, so no transport was available outside the gate. You have to walk for 10 min to go to the main road to find any transport. we had a lot of bags so it was really hard for us (2) they turn off the AC manually, so every time we came Hotel with sweetie and tired body we have to go downstairs and tell them to turn on the AC (3) no the big part at the last night they turn off the water supply and ask them to turn it on, but it don’t worry so we have to leave out the hotel early in the morning. The manager and all the stuff are good, but the management was poor.

Awesome Room Near Ghats, Staff is very cooperative. You dont have to worry about your lanes or roads room is in the bank of ganges river

My stay experience was good and staff behaviour good. Considering the price and location one of the good hotel to stay, check in and check out is very convenient.

One of the worst experience i ever had. Room was so small according to the price no positive vibes only dust comes all the way. Do not choose this hotel guyz, its a request

Property is located in so narrow place and the place is very poor and dirty. However hotel view is ok from balcony. There is no room cleaning facilities, not changing the bed cover, pi-lo cover. Yes room service is good. No intercom is available in room, so we have to ring from our mobile phone to reception for order place. There is no geyser in bathroom, so whenever we have require didn't get hot water. Every time we need to call reception for asking any needs. Room size is too small, wardrobe is very small, tv is not working, no tea table or sitting arrangement. Everything had to be done on bed. Fooding price is also very expensive. So, overall experience is average markings. Also hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance from road and entire gali road you will have to carry your luggage to hotel, i think senior citizen have troubled with that.

First of all hotel stuffs are not cooperative at all, secondly it's location is not same as it's described. Totally horrible experience. Want to suggest everyone don't book this hotel.
